Very much enjoyed our stay but the hotel was too remote for our liking. Bus service rather hit and miss.

Lovely and clean, food excellent. Always a sun bed to find by the pool. Staff always helpful.

Entertainment - pretty awful. Internet - non existent in rooms. Beach and sea - not as the pictures show. We knew the beach wasn’t great but it was worse than we thought.

an ok holiday, we enjoyed all the best bits and made the most of the not so good bits. if you feel comfortable in drivi

our room was a good size and comfortable beds. nice balcony to sit on with a clothes stand to hand towels and wet beach stuff. a nice and very useful addition .. clean towels daily, we arrived quite late and were greeted by a very nice gentleman, who helped with luggage and took us to our rooms. he suggested to do official check in the following morning, as it was late and understood we were tired and left us to settle in. hotel grounds are nice, and always well kept and cleaned every morning. pool staff friendly and polite. as were reception staff. pool and surrounding. area was clean. liked that we had a set table throughout our stay. food - breakfast, not a large hot food selection, but there was lots of choice for the continental style breakfast .. the croissants especially were fresh every morning and very delicious. lunch and dinner. always a good selection of starters, and hot food, not a big selection, but what they offered was nicely cooked. although disappointed with selection of bread. was looking forward to some traditional crusty loaves, but only had brown and white rolls at every serving.

hate to give negative reviews, but there is room for improvement . this is not aimed at staff, but general observation for management to take on board . not really a 4*. more a 3* resort fee of €126. for 2 people for 9 nights .. this, i assuming, is a charge to use the hotel facilities, we are well travelled and not snobs are cheapskates, and always go all inclusive, and we have never been charged a resort fee. to me this is a rip off fee, or just a scheming way to tempt you with reasonable cost, and then slap on an additional charge. a big all inclusive package — drinks, never been to an all inclusive resort with such limited choice. wine only available in restaurant, at meal time. couldn’t get a glass wine at pool bar, if you wanted a bottle of water for room, there is a charge, not sure why, although, they do put a bottle at your table at lunch and dinner, so we took what we didnt use to our room. another the photos show a beautiful sandy clean beach, sadly this is not the case, when we arrived there were lots of piled up dried seaweed, which were cleared after a couple of days of our stay. i know hotel cant change what the sea brings in, but photos are very misleading. there is a nicer cleaner beach a short walk away, but having paid a handsome price of €126 to use facilities, i wasn’t prepared to go and sit on a towel on the sand, or pay for brolly and sunbed at another beach.

Nous avions le frigidaire qui ne fonctionnait pas, La plage était remplie d'algues ,il était impossible de voir et de s'allonger sur le sable, très très déçue Vue la hauteur des algues ça ne doit pas dater d'aujourd'hui, env 1m20

« Hôtel sympa, plage bof bof…Il s’agit d’un bon 3 étoiles et non pas un 4 étoiles. »

La forêt de pins dans laquelle l’hôtel se situe. Le personnel très gentil, la piscine, les jeux pour enfants.

Manque d’informations de la part du personnel de la réception à notre arrivée, il faut poser toutes les questions et demander ce qui est possible de faire, même en terme d’excursion etc…Heureusement que je parle italien, cela nous a facilité la tâche.

La struttura è bella e accogliente, camere pulite. Il buffet ottimo con grande scelta. Il personale della reception sempre disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema. I camerieri del ristorante molto efficenti e professionali, il maitre Giovanni cordiale e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda l'animazione un elogio solo a Niccolò, che è l' unico che ha un contatto con gli ospiti e cerca di farli divertire. La spiaggia piccola , ma carina. C'è una bella pineta lungo la quale fare una passeggiata.

La struttura, per quanto carina avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione, le prese di corrente nelle stanze oltre ad essere scarse, non sono a norma. Alcune zone della struttura sono trascurate, come ad esempio il campo di pallavolo. La zona giochi dei bimbi andrebbe rivista. Ma la peggior cosa in assoluto è l'animazione,fatta eccezione per Niccolò che ci prova ed ha un contatto con gli ospiti, gli altri ragazzi non si capisce bene cosa facciano lì. Ci sono 3 ragazze che a volte stanno con i bambini,ma senza impegnarsi e alla sera fanno la baby dance per circa 30 minuti e ogni sera propongono lo stesso repertorio,ma per il resto si vedono girare a vuoto, in particolare Marta e Sofia giocherellano e ridono tra di loro senza badare minimamente agli ospiti, praticamente sono due amiche in vacanza. Per quanto riguarda Andrea dell' animazione non è ben chiaro se sia lì in vacanza o stia passando per caso....non lo abbiamo mai visto fare nulla.

Ottima colazione con di tutto e di più

I bagni sono vecchi e nella doccia c'era presenza di muffa sulle piastrelle,mentre nella sala esterna che si andava a pranzo e cena la cappa aspirante sia sui lati che sopra è ben sporca e piena di polvere che salendo i gradini per uscire dalla sala si nota il tutto che è da un bel pezzo che non vedono straccio.
